Drainage

Have one of our qualified technicians assess your drainage situation.  Our drainage camera and pipe flushing equipment can assess the state of your drainage and often times pinpoint and even resolve your drainage issue with the least possible disruption to your landscaping, at a fraction of the cost of an excavation based assessment. If the drainage is beyond flushable and requires full or partial repair, we can provide a detailed quote for your review

Sump Pumps and Sump Servicing

Your sump pump is used to remove water that has accumulated in a water-collecting sump basin, commonly found in your basement. Maintenance on your sump system is critical to ensure effective continued use. We highly recommend your sump (and pumps) are serviced every year. Sump pumps, being mechanical devices, will fail eventually, which could lead to a flooded basement and costly repairs.

When examining your system we will clean the pump, and remove dirt, gravel, sand, and other debris to increase efficiency and extend the life of the pump. These obstructions can decrease the pump's ability to drain the sump, and can allow the sump to overflow. Furthermore we will examine the rest of the drain tile system surrounding the house to ensure it is working efficiently. This will bring peace of mind in the form of knowledge that your system is in excellent condition.

“The Octiscapes crew went far above and beyond for us today. Called for a large tree removal that had fallen from the windstorm, the repaired the damage and backfilled the hole from uprooting, including the surrounding concrete in the walkway.”
